At the scene: The PRO will :

• call for a tow truck and make sure that vehicle goes where it should
• call the authorities if required,
• arrange for someone to take you home
• arrange a courtesy vehicle, under special circumstances

And thereafter:

• help you lodge your claim with your insurance and give assistance with relevant paperwork.
• follow up with your broker / insurance to make sure repairs are authorised timeously.
• inform you of the expected date of completion
• give you regular progress reports on the status of your vehicle
